3 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS HVAC

The Henry County program described replacement of HVAC systems in three elementary schools to be completed during the summer. A water-souce heat pump system was used to offer flexibility of individual control and efficiency of operation. The budget was developed one year earlier prior to implementation of wage scale for the school work. Costs were held on-budget, and the system was installed and functional by school time in the Fall of 1998.
