These three major roofing replacements at Collins Lane, Elkhorn, and Hearn Elementary schools typify our

commitment to working with Owners in response to maintenance needs and develop affordable long-term

solutions. Each roof replacement package was analyzed based on the condition and desired term of usage. Each

was covered with a 4-ply Perma-Mop modified asphalt built-up roof with a 20-year warranty.

Bids typically came in for various packages 10-20% below budgeted amounts–which we attributed primarily to

available work load and timing of advertisement. We excel on roofing and maintenance work, because it gives us

an opportunity to work closely with the Owner and the maintenance staff, where we can learn the most about the

facilities.
